I would have selected all five. John was awesome. He came in and inspected the area. He even checked for a possible bed bug issue which I did not have. He told me what the problem was and how to address it. He moved all appliances to check for pests. He found live German roaches all over my kitchen. Others told me they would have to treat everywhere. I have a very small place. He said kitchen and bathroom are only needed. Turned out bathroom was clear. He put not toxic (to humans) around areas to rid the pests. Previously a lower neighbor bombed the place. All it did is send them to other places. The next day I only saw tiny ones and lots of dead ones. The second day I found so many dead that I vacuumed them up. John said it could be 2 or 3 treatments. My infestation was minimal and he said one would be enough and even dropped the fee. After he was done, he inspected my neighbor and would have checked others on floor but they were not home. You would not be disappointed using this service.

John has been tremendous! He is very knowledgeable and I sincerely appreciate his detailed explanations of what he is doing and why. I have ant issues and get a monthly mosquito treatment in my back yard. The measures taken to eliminate both issues have great results. If there is ever a problem or reappearance of pests, I know I can contact and have a resolution swiftly. The value is incredible and the work is top quality in my opinion.
