The experience that transpired was excellent. Dave and his crew showed up on time and immediately started renovating the exterior of the house while part of the work crew started to remodel the lavatory. I felt that all that was happening was in a professional and punctual manner, all the while while the exterior and interior was being remodeled Dave stood by me and explained all the varied steps of the different processes. The work quality was excellent and done ahead of schedule and I will with other projects needed to be done have Dave do the remodeling. I do not have the tools nor the skills that Dave and Remodeling Solutions Inc. has. Dave knows his business in all facets of construction. Craig B.

Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend Dave and Remolding Solutions, LLC. Dave was a tremendous help with a very bad home build construction situation I was dealing with. A previous general contractor (GC) I had hired with a different company proved to be unscrupulous. The previous GC was an epic fail as a business person and a disgrace to the construction industry who left my home build unfinished, in disrepair and caused other damages to my property. The situation had left me in a state of utter exasperation, frustration and on the verge of despair. Dave and Remodeling Solutions, Inc came to the rescue; restored my sanity and faith in mankind. His knowledge, willingness to assist, business ethics, genuine kindness and concern were invaluable. I am forever grateful for Dave's help and standard of excellence in conducting business!

Dave Ketcherside, owner Remodeling Solution, Inc. personally managed our insurance claim for roof, chimney, and interior repairs. Very satisfied with the work, and Dave definitely saved us some bucks and got us some extras. The experts in roofing, chimney, and interior repair all knew their stuff, and were good to work with. We do excellent work on time at a fair price. Having satisfied customers and building projects are top priority in maintaining our fine reputation. We advise our customers to beware of low bids. Instead look at quality and value!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to communicate with the customer so we bid the job exactly at a good price while understanding what the person wants done. We are best at communicating in person while respecting customers time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two college degrees starting with business. I passed several Insurance board exams. I had training seminars when working for True Value hardware. We had a three day hands on training at Gerard for stone coated metal roofing installation. They are not cheap but are fabulous. We have installed many metal roofs and shin gled roofs.
