We decided to work with Smith & Smith after having an exceptionally positive experience with the quote process, and meeting with the project manager, Tracie. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable with questions from our initial contact with Smith & Smith, and readily explained the details required for our project from structural and design elements, to permitting and code compliance. Our project was to convert a 1-car garage and 200 sqft sunroof into a new living room space. Once we initiated our contract with Smith & Smith, we were unbelievably impressed with the level of communication we received through our entire project. Tracie provided a constant stream of phone, text, email and photo updates, with clear details and questions along the way to make sure we stayed aligned through the entire project. The construction team was unbelievably professional, courteous to our family, and patient with our pets who had to navigate through the work zone each day. We were so confident in Tracie as our project manager that we felt comfortable leaving town for a brief vacation during their work (because we knew we could count on her to keep the project moving, and respect our home while we were gone). The project price we were quoted upfront was 100% accurate, and incredibly competitive compared to other renovation partners we considered. Overall, we would absolutely hire Smith & Smith again, and if you have a chance to work with them, you won't be disappointed!

He was extremely handy! My ceiling fan looks amazing! Did a few extra things as well while he was here and super transparent about cost. Gave me some tips as well on fixing some random things! Overall a great person and super knowledgeable about home repair!
