- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get word from thumbtack that you’re interested in working with us we reach out to you. First by text, then by phone. After that we determine if you need a service call or an estimate and then we get you on the schedule.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my career in the electrical industry at the age of 15 by enrolling in an Electrical Trades program at my local county's trade school.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, commercial, government, and industrial customers from every stage and walk of life.
