- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We definitely provide a Tremendous Value. Because we are the ones who will locate, and correct the Cause of your trouble otherwise we will not accept you as a patient. We are willing to make it affordable for you but we are not cheap. Most people who work full-time are able to afford to pay for it as well as their other bills. We are out-of-network providers so we can email you a superbill which has all dates & services & codes, etc. and you can send that in to your insurance company for reimbursements. How much you receive back is between you and your Insurance Company. Some people get a lot back and others get very little to nothing back. The main point to remember here is that you can find someone cheaper but if you still have the problem afterwards it actually is costing you more. You get what you pay for with us and we are proud to help over 90% of our patients with many various ill-health conditions to get better naturally and safely and sensibly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down face to face so that I may gain a good understanding of what your troubles are and if I may be your best option to help. We then will run you through a few simple tests to make sure and then I can let you know if you are indeed a candidate for this specialized corrective care. Everything up to this point is done between patient and doctor, you are not handed off to any assistants. You are cared for by me the entire time. We are shooting for a 30 minute Initial Consultation & Thorough Examination centered around determining the cause. This Will be a very different experience than anything you have ever done before (in a good way). If you are open & willing to receive some Hope & Possibility then you are in the right place. Call right away and set up the soonest possible appointment you can because if I can accept you as a patient, your life is about to change!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of study in the fields of science. Well over 4,000 hours of study in Anatomy, Physiology, Neurology, Biochemistry, Clinical Diagnosis, Pathology, Radiology, Chiropractic Philosophy & Technique. En route to a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University, Marietta, Georgia 2002. Supplemented by hundreds of additional hours of specific training in The Upper Cervical Spine and how to best correct head & neck injury problems. My main focus over the last 11 years has been of The Upper Cervical Spine and helping to fix the very common head & neck injuries. The Concussion Injury, Depression, Fatigue, Headaches, Dizziness, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and Epilepsy have been areas of great success. Proud to say that with all of my precision training I have also been able to help those recommended for spinal surgery to avoid surgery altogether in 9 out of 10 cases.
