- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing boils down to time, labor and material cost when needed. There is no set price since every job has different needs. We do offer 10% off for first time customers, veterans & senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will listen to your specific need or issue and see if we are fit to do the job. I don't believe in doing anything that we are not well experienced in. Even if the price is right and a client is willing to hire us. If we are not the best fit for the job we will have to pass & refer the work to another reputable company or contractor. With enough information over the phone our software we can give a quote in most cases. If not, we schedule a day to come by and give a free, accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned a Small Business Management Diploma and am consistently active in furthering my education in regards to business. I personally have over a decade of hands on training/experience in landscape maintenance,landscape Installations & junk removal service.
