What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The phone rings or we have been referred. We will listen to your specific need or issue and see if we are fit to do the job. I don't believe in doing anything that we are not well experienced in. Even if the price is right and a client is willing to hire us. If we are not the best fit for the job we will have to pass & refer the work to another reputable company or contractor. With enough information over the phone we can give a ballpark quote in some cases. If not, we schedule a day to come by and give a free, accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Small Business Management Diploma and am consistently active in furthering my education in regards to the landscaping industry. I personally have over a decade of hands on training/experience in landscape maintenance & landscape Installations.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing boils down to time, labor and material cost when needed. There is no set price since every job has different needs. We do offer 10% off for first time customers, veterans & senior citizens.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved working outdoors. When I was younger I use to work for a local landscaping business. I enjoyed the fact that what we were doing was needed and appreciated by the homeowners. Also, we were never at the same location to long so the work stayed exciting & fresh. I thought to myself, I enjoy doing this. When the opportunity to start my own landscaping & hauling business presented itself, I made a career choice. I love providing service to the St.Charles community and surrounding areas!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of customers in our line of work. Our clients consist of home owners, private real estate owners, property management companies and contractors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always be sure to get good details about how the job will be done and what the end result will be. Also, ask needed questions so you are aware of any additional charges that may occur prior to completion.
