FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $35 a cut. That can raise higher or lower depending on first cut. But the price first negotiated will stay in place. ex.( if I charge $20 and the yard is worth more after I cut it, the price stays $20 for first cut, but next cut will be negotiated.)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cutting lawns in my neighborhood with some friends when I was around 15 and I really enjoyed it. At 16 I got hired at C&C Landscaping part time doing a lot of residential lawns until I was almost 18. I did other work for a while, from construction to warehouse work, and in 2012 I decided to get back into lawn care and started my own business. "Discount Lawncare"
