Introduction: I am the 'Math Anxiety Fixerator'. With over 900 sessions in subjects from decimal arithmetic to differential equations, I have showed students how to master math. They grasped the material and performed masterfully in classes.
After I retired and became a math tutor, one of my first tutoring students was the second baseman on a local high school team. He was getting 63% in algebra and needed 75% to stay on the squad. After two tutoring sessions, he improved to 97% on the next test.
In the 1980's in addition to a full time job, I taught evening courses in math, computer science and statistics in an accelerated adult program at a local college while my wife, Diane, was at home with the kids.

In the two and a half years since my husband retired from a 44-year career in information technology, he has pursued his passion for mathematics.
In that time, I have seen him help scores of students from sixth graders to graduate school students for over 850 sessions.
He has continuously gained certifications and is not capable to help with all levels of calculus, multivariate analysis, linear algebra, probability and statistics and differential equations. This is in addition to high school subjects of algebra, geometry and trigonometry.
His IT background and Microsoft certifications make him competent for tutoring Microsoft Office, .NET and SQL Server.
