Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting
Antonio and Jake did a great job moving all of our furniture around throughout the house. They were very mindful of the walls, floors and other furniture while moving. A huge value and they got everything done quickly. I would use them again.Sep 18, 2017Verified

I found this company on another site and was overwhelmed with joy at the service they provided. They took care of my possessions every step of the way and elimated any pre-move stresses I had. Antonio is the consummate professional and his team was fantastic!! Enough so that when he asked for another review, for this site, I could only oblige.Sep 11, 2017
- Thumbtack Customer
Left my house with doors in worse shape than when they started (exposed non-treated wood, broke/chipped frame and left mess-didn't clean up-I could go on but would take too long). Took forever for them to come back out to try to fix called several times just received excuses after appts were made or just didn't show. When they finally made it - Didn't have suggestions to fix the issues they left, in fact different contractor made suggestions to him. Went with vinyl to fix door so we would not have to paint etc. He screwed it in where you can see the heads of the screws and painted. Will not refer or use again. If you hire beware.Dec 15, 2017

Good JobSep 14, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Moving jobs are priced on a 2 hour minimum for 2 men. Upon request, we can increase the size of the crew, but the minimum of 2 hours still apply. We ask that our customers book enough time when it comes to moving due to scheduling. We try to leave 1.5 hours between jobs just in case a job goes over. We do our best to be accommodating and have never left a customer behind due to a job going over...we always make a way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the job has been approved, we immediately reach out to the customer to coordinate a time and date. We answer any curiosities or put to rest any concerns during our initial conversation. We want the customer to know what to expect without being surprised. Good preparation can save time...which equals money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? With over 25 years collective experience in Moving, Furniture Assembly, Organization, Handywork etc, my teams can virtually handle any task set for them. On the moving side, we have 3 experienced loaders that can efficiently utilize truck space.
