FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Total Cost depends on the demands of the project(s). Please message us with your inquiry for a quote and a free consultation. Refer to our answer regarding our process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's a few things we need to know about your project before we begin: - What is your call-to action? - What is the total-running-time (TRT) of your production? - Where is your final delivery being distributed (television, social media, etc.) - Give us a description of your brand, the services you provide, and the story you want to tell in your video. - What is your budget? First, we may ask further questions we have about your project. From there, we will be able to assess the services offered and a basic concept/verbal model of your deliverable by presenting you with a project proposal based on your budget and description. - Once we establish your project goals, we then move into Pre-Production, or the scheduling/planning of your shoot/editing. - After Pre-Production is finished or approved, Initial Production, or the capturing of your footage comes after. - Post-Production comes after. This is when we edit your content into a coherent final product, which may have multiple rough cut stages. - After you approve your Final Product, we Deliver you the content! Please ask questions if you want to know more about our process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
