I own numerous single family residences plus duplexes and fourplexes in KC. I have gone through several property managers and it has been an expensive and frustrating saga. One of the biggest challenges I face is that I live in California and I can't be popping over to check on what's going on regularly. What I learned is that most property managers are very skilled at exploiting my blind spots for their profit. I found TREH KC over 2 years ago. I flipped my fourplex to them as a trial - it was unoccupied and just coming through a difficult rehab. It went so well that within 6 weeks I flipped all my properties. With two years experience, here is what I have found about TREH: - They have my interests in mind and take the financial performance of my portfolio seriously - They are responsive. Maybe once it took over over 24 hours to respond; usually it's 2 - Everytime I speak with them they know what is going on with every property and they have a proactive plan for any issues - They fill vacancies quickly with qualified candidates and when there is a problem, they rectify it -I meticulously track every expense and revenue item on every property in Quickbooks. The few times I have found a discrepancy I talked it through with them and every single time, they were correct - Interactions are professional and they are a joy to deal with. In the end, what it all boils down to is that they have earned my TRUST.
