Dadishi, our appliance tech, repaired our dryer with exceptional care and attention to detail—nothing was rushed or overlooked. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.
He not only diagnosed the dryer issue quickly but also installed the new belt, rollers and has the appliance working flawlessly. Dadishi was friendly, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship and customer service.

Dadishi was responsive, communicative, professional knowledgeable and helpful with getting LG to do repairs that they should have done for us years ago. His fee was smaller than most and he knew more than the LG technicians that had come out previously. It was a small fee to pay for us to have our fridge replaced! He was very generous with his time and knowledge and explained everything as he was doing it. We will certainly be using him again in the future!

Dadishi Buchannon responded right away to my request and said he could be out later in the day. After evaluation of the issue, he said would be less expensive to replace than repair. Very disappointing to hear since fridge was only 4.5 yrs old, but appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend B&U Appliance Repair Service!

He did a great job, was punctual and professional. I hired him to service my dryer but will definitely hire him again for some other appliances that need maintenance, specifically the ice machine on my refrigerator.
