Dadishi was responsive, communicative, professional knowledgeable and helpful with getting LG to do repairs that they should have done for us years ago. His fee was smaller than most and he knew more than the LG technicians that had come out previously. It was a small fee to pay for us to have our fridge replaced! He was very generous with his time and knowledge and explained everything as he was doing it. We will certainly be using him again in the future!

Dadishi Buchannon responded right away to my request and said he could be out later in the day. After evaluation of the issue, he said would be less expensive to replace than repair. Very disappointing to hear since fridge was only 4.5 yrs old, but appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend B&U Appliance Repair Service!

He did a great job, was punctual and professional. I hired him to service my dryer but will definitely hire him again for some other appliances that need maintenance, specifically the ice machine on my refrigerator.

Gas dryer was previously not properly installed by another company so was leaking gas. Dadishi figured out the problem, explained it very well, and fixed it thoroughly and properly attached and sealed the gas connection. Would recommend him/this company.

Our Samsung washer stopped wanting to finish loads and the error message basically meant something was clogged. Dadishi came and identified the issue right away, retrieved the needed parts and it’s working like brand new! Very professional and reliable. Would recommend and use again for future needs!
