I’ve been doing appliance, heating, cooling and electrical repair for 40 years. My son has joined me and he is a Master Electrician so we can do any type of electrical job big or small. I have been married for 36 years, have 6 kids and 10 grandkids. I have built departments for many large companies in that time and decided to go out on my own now that my 6 children are grown and married to give people an honest alternative to all the companies out there that need to charge more to cover their overhead. He was very prompt. His assessment of my problem confirmed my unprofessional conclusion, but he also showed me exactly where and how he confirmed the issue with my washer. He ordered the part to repair my washer and made and appointment to return when the part came in. Once again he arrived on time and fixed the washer within minutes. His price was very fair. I would definitely recommend him for appliancerepairs.

Jerry was able to make it out the same day he was contacted. Wasn’t sure if my problem was electrical or appliance related. Jerry quickly determined the problem, explained everything as he worked. He added a device to the vent to prevent crimping. Capped off an existing gas line that wasn’t in use. Price was reasonable. I will definitely use him to service / clean my AC this spring.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat rate. This means the price I give for the repair is the price you will pay. All labor, materials and diagnostic fees will be included in the final price. I cannot give pricing over the phone as each repair is unique to the product and issue that is occurring.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact you and get all your information. I will ask specific questions so that I will have the information needed to resolve your issue the first time I come to your home, this is always possible to resolve the issue in the first trip out but with my experiance and you responses to the questions it will greatly increase the likeleyhood of first trip repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to B.I.T. (Basic Institute of Technilogy). I have a degree in HVAC and Refrigeration as well as an Electronics degree. I have a Universal CFC license. I have an OSHA 10 certification, PBP Gas Oiping Certification, HVAC/R Preventive Maintenance Certification, a HFC-410A Hanbdling, Use and Recovery Certification.
