Hi, I’m James Maki, owner of "Gateway Appliance Repair." I’ve been repairing appliances since 2014, and I stand behind my work with experience, integrity, and a 180-day warranty. I service both residential and commercial appliances and also offer professional installation services. I’m insured and committed to delivering quality, honest repairs.

My service fee is $85, which covers the diagnostic and is due at the time of service.
The minimum repair charge is $159. Most repairs range between $200–$400, but there is no way to know the cost until I assess the appliance in person.
I strive for completing repairs in a timely manner. However, there are thousands of appliances with their own unique parts. I stock as many as possible, but there is always a possibility we will need to order parts. This process typically only takes 1-3 days, but rest assured, I will do everything within my power to have you back up in running as quickly as possible.

In addition to hands-on repair work, I’ve managed a team of technicians as a service manager and previously owned a successful appliance retail store. My goal is always to fix it right the first time, treat customers with respect, and help you get the most life out of your appliances.
