If there were 6 stars, I would give that. After dealing with technicians who either don't now their jobs or want to sell you expensive replacements, STARFIX was a pleasant surprise. He took time to study what was wrong and fixed it. No throwing up hands and telling me my appliance is too old, or trying to sell me expensive replacements. He knew what he was doing and did it successfully. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their repairs done well.

Steve was awesome! As soon as he looked at my washer and dryer, within two minutes he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. His knowledge and experience saved me a lot of money because I was ready to buy a brand-new washer and dryer set.

Mirgali, wasted no time. Called me right away. I told him what was happening, he was able to quote me. He was willing to work with my tight schedule. He was able to come over, Saw the issue and problem, fixed it right away and now my washer is working! He did a great job and was very polite and professional. Pulled 3 pins from my drain.
