- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Currently I am having a SALE. For $300, I will do a comprehensive content and copyedit for your novel (of any length). This is a FANTASTIC deal for the quality you will be receiving!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I make contact with a potential customer, I talk to them and answer any questions they might have before posing several of my own to get an idea of what it is they are looking for. Communication is key and it is very important to know what each party is expecting out of the other. Many of my clients do not have a full understanding of how self-publishing works, and I love discussing the process before we begin on any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been editing fiction either professionally or casually for about ten years. I also possess a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Knox College, one of the best liberal arts colleges in the country. I have also published two novels and a short story collection.
