- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most pricing is set in stone. For instance baseboard and crown is a value of linear footage. Sill, casing and apron work are a value of unit and piece. If there is work, that may have underlying damage unable to be seen, it is most often a value of time and material.
