Our air conditioner had a burnt out transformer and circuit board. I had other air conditioner companies come out and had outlandish quotes and misdiagnosed the problem causing the short circuit. lol ice Heating came out, were very professional, took great care in analyzing the requirements needed for the job, quickly responded to professionally install the system, and then made sure the system worked efficiently. Lolich Heating surpassed all my expectations and I would recommend them for any work on your home or business

Very professional and very good at communication. He has shown and demonstrated knowledge of the Air Conditioning system and was able to answer all my question. Very reasonable rate and did finish service in a timely fashion. I recommend him for anyone with AC issues.

Otto helped us with our air conditioner unit. he came and diagnosed the problem. someone else informed us it was another matter all together but Otto came out and diagnosed the problem correctly. we have a new furnace that he completely installed and our air is once again working properly. if it were not for OTTO LOLIC we would be in the same place....without proper air, we would recommend Otto to anyone of our friends. he did an awesome job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Otto with Lolich Heating was great! He was very quick to respond to the ad on thumbtack. He quoted me a great price for a furnace installation and was very honest about the time and work that had to be put in. Communication was solid, work looked great , and heating in the house is excellent and i can feel a difference from the old unit i had to this new one. Thanks Otto!
