- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical problems are tricky sometimes. I explain to people that i am an Electrician, not a Magician. I have to track down the problem, but i will find it or fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been doing this work for 30 years, everything from Residential to Commercial.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i went broke on a 1000 house contract in Nigeria and came home to buy a fixer upper and did my own electric and neighbors started to ask me to help them. This was when people in the city were converting from Fuse boxes to Circuit Breaker Panels.
