- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to offer flat rate fees for legal services thus enabling our clients to predictably budget for their legal needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a non-fee consultancy and perform an assessment of the potential clients' legal needs. If IP Partners and the potential client mutually agree to move forward, we will send out an engagement letter memorializing the scope of work requested. If, however, there is no mutual agreement for legal representation we will send a letter of non-engagement to ensure full understanding of the inquiring party. Once an engagement letter is signed and any initial fees are paid, IP Partners will perform its duties of the requested scope in order of client priority. Invoicing will be done prior to the tendering of any completed attorney work-product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob possess a juris doctor in law from SLU Law, and a biological sciences background in undergraduate and graduate school. Bela has a PhD in life sciences and a background in research as well as experience starting a biotech startup.
