Introduction: Hi! I am Kathryn! I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America- in Hyde Park, NY. I am a certified personal chef as well as Food Handlers Certified in Missouri.
Update (Aug 2023): I spent the last 3 years back on the road with Cirque du Soleil as their chef and catering manager. I then jumped over to PGA and CBS media catering for the 2023 PGA Season. I just purchased land outside of St Louis. Plans of starting a homestead with honey, chickens, goats, and a huge garden.
Update (Nov 2019): I have recently relocated to Houston after traveling for 5 years as a private chef for a performance group. Most of my food pictures are from these events (not posted but can 100% be shared with you). I have done high end events to the backyard style BBQs.

My cooking style is southern (I was raised in the south and learned to cook from Betty Jean---- my grandmother). I put love into every dish. There really isn't something I CANT make. You crave it.... I make it.
