- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials needed, access, and project timeline. Smaller jobs may have a minimum service fee. Larger projects are quoted after a walkthrough so we can give you accurate pricing with no surprises. We offer discounts for bundled work, repeat clients, and investors or property managers with multiple properties. We are always upfront about costs before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing your project details, photos, and goals. For larger or more complex jobs, we schedule a walkthrough or call to fully understand the scope. From there, we provide a clear quote with defined scope, timeline, and next steps. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and communication through to completion. Our goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings hands-on field experience across residential and commercial property repair, renovation, and project coordination. We have practical trade knowledge in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, roofing, siding, masonry, electrical, plumbing coordination, and more. We stay current with best practices in property improvement and safety standards, and our team has collectively worked on hundreds of projects across the St. Louis metro area.
