The rep that assisted me in renting the dumpster was fantastic, very helpful! The driver did a great job putting the dumpster exactly where I wanted. Drop-off and pickup were on time. Treat experience!

The dumpster was late, I paid for it to be delivered on a Friday. It wasn’t delivered until Monday. The company didn’t call me until late Friday evening with the update. Contractors were scheduled to start work on that Saturday, there start was delayed as a result of the dumpster being late. I traveled in town to observe the beginning stages of the project, I spent an extra $300 due to the late dumpster. This was a big inconvenience, the company did nothing to accommodate their delay. But sent several emails to me on their inconvenience charges ($250) if something were to go wrong on the customers end. I don’t recommend using this company if you have a deadline or timeframe to meet. They have you sign a contract that they immediately break when they fail to deliver on time.
