- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All packages and pricing include a studio credit for the same value to be used towards albums, photo books, wall art and etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we first have a phone consultation(free), after that I email all contracts and invoices. Once retainers are paid the date is locked in to save the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for visual art and photography. I also attend many photography workshops and classes all year round to continue to grow.
