What I enjoy most about ..... the Wedding Day is that it is full of joy, laughter, fun, tears,
ritual, expectation, surprise and most of all ......LOVE. I can't think of a better way to spend the day. Not only do I get to be a part of this excitement, but I am fortunate enough to
beautifully document their day in pictures, for the couple, their family and their friends to
enjoy throughout the years. For as long as two people have loved one another, poets and
philosophers have, in writing, strived to capture the essence of love. By putting pent to
paper they have painstakingly drawn this verbal picture. The Art of Photography differs in that it endeavors to capture this essence, in a moment, through the eye of the photographer.

The range of emotions expressed by the couple, their family and friends is many and
limitless, as the wedding day unfolds. As the photographer honored by the couple to
document their day, it is my responsibility to capture those moments, so that the story
can be uniquely retold and relived many times over. It is my belief that strict adherence to
one style of photography at the expense of another makes the telling of the couple's wedding
story incomplete. That is why my approach combines the best of both formal and informal elements. Like the couple on their wedding day, they complement each other. I imagine that, if asked, the poets and philosophers would write that my style would best be described as
