- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide free inspections. Based on the inspection, we provide a detailed treatment plan that includes pricing, as well as recommendations on preventative measures. We pride ourselves on transparency, meaning there are no hidden costs and you will know exactly what you are paying for. In addition, we offer very flexible and competitive pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are an old or new client, our level of professionalism and our process remains the same. We value our clients and we work hard to ensure that all needs are met in a very efficient and detailed manner. Our pest control management includes a thorough inspection, explanation of the treatment plan, and then implementation of the treatment plan. If our clients are not satisfied, we do not hesitate to return to the site to make things right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of pest management experience. We are licensed and trained in 7A General Structural Pest Control.
