Joseph was very quick to respond to my issue and addressed it within 24 hours. He was also very informative and educational on the issues I had which help me understand the underlying problem. I will definitely go through Joseph again for any other needs I have.
Joe is very helpful and very responsive. My tenant had an issue with drain flies, and Joe was upfront about the limitation. I really appreciated his honesty.
We had him do a pest control service anyway, and the coat was reasonable and as agreed.

Joe responded quickly and attended same day. During service he was very deep and professional. Explained the situation in details.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial service is usually higher in price and if we choose to do a continuing service, that price drops. I also offer senior/veteran discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually discuss everything over the phone, email, or text, and we set up a good day for the appointment. Once we do, I arrive, complete the service and leave an invoice. We can always discuss future services whenever it seems appropriate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been commercially licensed for over six years in four different classifications.
