- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial service is usually higher in price and if we choose to do a continuing service, that price drops. I also offer senior/veteran discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually discuss everything over the phone, email, or text, and we set up a good day for the appointment. Once we do, I arrive, complete the service and leave an invoice. We can always discuss future services whenever it seems appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been commercially licensed for over six years in four different classifications.
