I started with Complete Fitness Results in Aug 2014. In 6 months I've dropped 25 pounds (from 235 to 210) while increasing my fitness and health. I've tried other gyms off and on over the last 20 years. This is the first gym, the first group of people, with whom I feel comfortable in sharing the pain and shame of my lack of fitness and health. People that have little aches and pains LOVE training with us, and our relationship with therapists all over, proves that we are good with people with many different issues. Having a training option that is right for you. Don’t be forced to do bootcamps or personal training because it’s all that the facility or trainer has to offer. We have what is right for you.
