Anchored Construction is very well named. Ande was very knowledgeable and skillful, honest and level-headed. He successfully installed a ventilation van where other contractors refused because of the difficult location, and he did that, remodeled the bathroom, and painted the bathroom ceiling way ahead of schedule, and did not even charge for the access panel he put in. Anchored Construction was a great find. Courteous and no nonsense. My renter was very pleased with the work he did.

Outstanding service!!! I just moved into a new house and the steps leading to the basement were almost unsafe to walk down, buckling, and broken (happens in a 114 year old house after time). Ande came right over, took photos, sent a quote, emailed a contract, and fixed/painted the steps in the SAME COLOR as the others! I have had good experiences on thumbtack but this is by far the absolute best! Work was done quickly, efficiently,and to perfection. I will be using him again!

This crew is punctual & reliable. Ande asked if 6:30am would be OK on the scheduled day, and they arrived a few minutes earlier than that. They get set up quickly and make efficient use of time. I've hired Anchored Construction for tile, wood refinishing/staining, painting, carpentry, pressure washing and general cleanup. Recommended for medium projects you want started & finished in the same day.

We hired Anchored Construction to mud and tape the drywall in our basement project and create a 13 x 9 ft shiplap feature wall. I was impressed with the quality of their work, the speed with which it was accomplished and their punctuality each day. We had high expectations and a modest budget and Anchored delivered. So glad I found them! We look forward to hiring them again for future projects, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a fair and honest price.
