- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are on flat rate Hvac pricing to be fair for both contractor and customer. This means once we find the problem, we can give you the price for repair and you know exactly how much your payment will be with no surprises after repair is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call and please your request. Our friendly office staff will schedule you, you will receive text and or email notification. Once tech is on his way you will receive text or email notification to track him to your house. We complete service and then you will receive another notification to review your service. We have improved our way of doing business and take these steps to ensure highest quality possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in constant training for all the new technology that comes out and to stay on top of our game!
