*In the course of taking down the garage he miscalculated what direction the remaining structure would fall (I'm not sure how that happened) and it crashed down on the chain link fence. It damaged the fence and it needs repairs. He has told me ever since that day that he is coming back to fix it, but he has not. So I think my previous review needs to be revised.

Needed a garage demolished, got bids from a couple contractors, but Keith's was the only bid that included everything and could accommodate my request to keep some of the materials. I really appreciated that there were no surprise costs.
The job took a little longer than they had initially estimated, but they got it done. I also appreciated that, even though I had asked for the garage to be completely demolished, they noticed that a lower portion was acting as a retaining wall, and recommended that I keep that piece to control erosion. They even gave me instructions on how to cap the remainder to make it look nice.
All in all, great experience!

We asked Keith to demolish our art installation in a park. Although it took a little longer than we thought it would, he was very pleasant and professional. He thought through what the job would require (like dirt and grass seed to restore the park) and completed the job before our deadline.
