- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer and trying to set prices at fair market value if not on a low end of the market value. all my numbers can be checked against industry standards. I am very fair and reasonable. I also offer discounts from new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep a simple process for every customer and that starts with listening and understanding of the project that they're looking to have performed. second most important thing is for them to understand what their budget is and related to me so that I can see what can and cannot be done pertaining to their projects. I'm very understanding and I pray that all my future clients are understanding and straightforward like I am to where we can work together to get the project started in completed with no issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a educational background with schooling and carpentry, home maintenance, general contracting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, roofing, structural design integrity svac basic knowledge, troubleshooting of all Aries come and property Management.
