MasterShield installed new gutter covers on my home. Very reasonable price. Excellent service. Adam came onsite to provide initial quote. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The installation crew came a week later and they only took a day. They were able to re-level some gutters to provide better flow. Again, excellent service. Quality product

They got us an estimate the following week after initial call, the sale's representative came on time and was polite, respectful, and welcoming. He was a bit technologically impaired and had difficulties with the new electronic/software system the company was apparently using to perform most of the 'paperwork'. We were quoted initially $14K for the project which was 255 feet of gutters and application of aluminum soffit but through discounts and promotions we got it down to $10.8K which considering what was going to be a long job 2 days to be exact and what needed to be done sounded fair. They came the following Tuesday dead on time and did the work which continued through nearly all of Wednesday. In addition to the soffit they even placed aluminum over the existing fascia behind the gutters free of charge in order to help the gutters, the covers, and the soffit matched in color. When the work was done they did a thorough cleaning of debris with only a few small tiny pieces left behind and removed all the old gutter covers we had installed previously. Only real nit pick here is that they refused to put the wind chimes back up that had to be taken down prior to work, stating that they don't do that sort of thing. Not sure yet how well the product works as we haven't really had rain yet since the product was installed but hopefully it will be way better then the knock-off gutter helmet system we had installed previously that was farther damaged by hail right after it's initial installation in 2012. Would rate 4.5 stars so far but since google doesn't allow half stars in their reviews, went with 4 until we see how the product performs over the next few rains after which if all goes well I'll consider bumping it back up to 5 stars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our estimates are good for one year. We also offer Senior, Military/first responder, and cash discounts along with multiple financing options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a day and time to meet and give estimate. Once that is complete we will set the install date and time usually within 3 to 5 business days. Most installs are completed in a half a day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over a hundred years experience installing and servicing gutters and gutter protection.
