- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first thing is meeting the customer face to face. then doing a walk thru the job to find out what they want done. and I believe in first impressions mean everything we are Timely to show up. and we keep the job site clean and picked up at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this trade for over 20 years and there is nothing more than I like to do then rehab homes and strive for customer satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My best friend dad ask me one day. Do you want a job or do you want a career. I said I wanted a career. He got me a job being a helper then I went from there. Now its been 23 years later and I still love what I do..
