We believe in transparent, upfront pricing - no surprises. Estimates are provided before work begins, and any changes are discussed and approved first. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts and bundled-service savings. Pricing reflects quality workmanship, proper materials, and experienced technicians - not shortcuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation to understand your needs. From there, we schedule an on-site visit if needed, provide a detailed estimate, and answer any questions. Once approved, we get you on the schedule and complete the work efficiently and professionally. We follow up to ensure you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on trade experience across multiple areas of home repair and maintenance, along with ongoing training to stay current with best practices, safety standards, and local code requirements. Experience in the field is our strongest teacher.
