I was having issues with my tenant’s water heater. Several other companies charged me to come take a look at it, walked in, literally stood several feet back while looking at it and told me that it would have to be replaced. They wanted to charge me thousands to do so. Shawn ACTUALLY took his tools and investigated the issue. Turns out, a sensor just needed to be cleaned. Without me even asking, he took a look at my second water heater, determined that its sensor needed to be cleaned as well and handled it. I was charged the $250 I was quoted for the service prior to his visit and he didn’t charge anything additional for the second water heater. They have a customer in me for life.
