What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum charge to come out is $90. and that covers the 1st 30 minutes.
We charge $120 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you find us on Thumbtack just shoot me a message and I will respond as quickly as I can and will try to estimate the cost of your project immediately. Sometimes it is helpful if you can send a picture or two of the project you need help with and then there are times when I just need to come out and see what you have going on to give you a price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have grown up in this business, my mom and dad taught me everything about the home repair and remodeling business.
