Hello! This is Scott "The Cleaning Guy" with "Come Home Happy" residential cleaning service. I've been cleaning professionally since about 2007 in the St. Louis Metro Area. I started cleaning after my girlfriend at the time, who cleaned houses for a living, asked me to clean the house and rearrange the living room furniture as I was off work that day. So I cleaned the whole house and rearranged the living room and finished just before she got home. She walked in and said "OMG you're better than me at cleaning. You should clean for a living!" Well shortly after that I lost my job in the recession. Then I started out on my cleaning business journey. And have been helping folks have cleaner places ever since. So if you're looking to simply start up or replace your current cleaners because of poor service or they had to move on...give me a shot and I'll get you TOTALLY taken care of. I typically can give you an idea of cost over the phone or match what you're currently paying and provide stellar service. And I don't require that you lock into a contract. And yes I have insurance and bonding and can provide documentation upon request. I can provide stellar references as well. Nothing was like Johanna explained to me or texted to my daughter. Johanna set price was changed to $25 per hour or $30 for each crew member that came after the fact of a set price for deep cleaning first visit and half price on monthly cleaning on half of the house next Month. (up stairs and basement) The crew was very unprofessional. (needs to be watched because they would use my kitchen sink for a mop bucket that they didn't have) I have all wood floors upstairs and down stairs; they come in pairs and charge pricing for each crew member as double time for both of them. (if they come for two hours, they counts that four hours they charge for each member that's there. (timings not correct either, and I has door bell camera) one had a dinner date scheduled and the other had to pick up his kids) Not explained up front, but wants you to pay that price they set later on. not counting, Johanna one hour times two hours. she had to leave but stayed to clean cabinet glass because she didn't trust the men crew with cleaning the glass. they not only couldn't clean glass, they didn't clean the wood furniture either. they had dusters they said catches. (she said, they don't use furniture polish and brought back mines they took with them) Their intent was whatever they miss they'll get it next month. get it in writing because she'll change it up on you quickly.
