What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Power washing prices are usually based on the type of surface to be cleaned and the square footage of that surface. Window cleaning prices are based on types and number of windows and how many stories in height they are. Gutter cleaning prices depend on the pitch of the roof and how many total linear feet of guttering there are and how many stories in height they are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am constantly attending seminars and certification courses to gain more knowledge involving my line of work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was the first firefighter in St. Louis to start cleaning windows and gutters on his off days.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Anything pertaining to exterior home maintenance.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were able to successfully clean windows at the largest building on Washington University's campus.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make sure that whomever you hire is fully insured.

I am very family and detail oriented.
