Do not use this business! It is a scam! I hired Kanesha because I needed a cleaner on short notice. She was supposed to do a move out clean. I paid $450 thinking I would get a thorough deep cleaning. Instead, she was at the house for 90 minutes (I didn’t judge some people are really fast). I paid her promptly and then had a friend of ours walk the house. The house had barely been touched. The light fixtures had dust, there was dirt in the showers, the floors had been mopped with a dirty mop. Overall the house was no cleaner than when I hired them. I have tried to make contact with Kanesha since, and she refuses to respond to my messages. In the spirit of fairness, I only requested 50% of my money back, and nothing. I can only categorize this as fraud! If you are thinking of using her don’t. It’s a SCAM! Run!
