Contacted Kanesha about cleaning an air Bnb. They did a good job first time. Contacted them a week later about cleaning another house. I stated the house would need a full thorough cleaning and I’d like the house to be decorated and stuff put an away. I offered to pay extra I specifically said walls need wiped down, closets wiped out, cabinets need lined and cleaned. On top of a full clean. When I arrived the next day, the houses had been walked on so they cleaned the floors first and just kept tracking dirt everywhere. Not a single cabinet had been touch nor were the closests, nor the fridge or sink. I asked them to make the beds with the stuff I provided they just through a top over it. The house had hardly been touched. They said they would schedule me in this week. That was Sunday and now won’t reply.
