I can only choose three of the five categories they listed so I'll just say I'm very happy and urge you to book her for your project. To show how excellent she is, there was an issue with the key I left her to go in because I could not be there at the appointed time. She messaged me, and she waited 30 minutes. I write this for the inconsiderate review that someone gave her, for not being able to communicate during the tornado in St Louis Friday May 16th. That review should be deleted by thumbtack it is unfair. She cleaned so well someone could move in immediately without any additional cleaning needed.

Don't hire Flora Haus. She wanted payment as soon as the job was finished. I trusted her to be in my house with me not there but yet she didn't trust me to make payment when I got home from work. I was very disappointed in the billing process, but the cleaning was fairly decent. I will not be using Flora Haus again.
