- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide discounts there is also a $25 non refundable deposit the day you schedule your cleaning which is part of your payment you can book your appointment here on thumbtack
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can contact us here on thumbtack by booking and instant appointment after doing this they must explain to me everything that has to be cleaned as much as possible if they can’t schedule a walkthrough or they can contact me through phone which is in the description they can either set up a walkthrough or explain cleaning expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years 15 of cleaning experience just from working for other cleaning companies
