I called up the day before Easter needing some flooring done in my new house on the following Monday in time before my movers brought in my furniture on Tuesday. Robert contacted me right away from my request and Dennis even made time to come over Easter morning to get measurements and pick up the flooring from Menards the day before so the guys were ready to go first thing in the morning. They were all done and cleaned up by end of day. My floors look amazing and since it was a match for the existing laminate, you can't tell that it wasn't laid all at the same time. I highly recommend them for any work. Fair prices and great work!

Horrible experience. I would not recommend under any circumstance. They damaged my plumbing during the course of installing bathroom flooring. I was told they would take care of the problem, but then they charged me 600.00 for this after the fact. I received a quote from Hoffman Bros 415.00for the work after this had already been done to try to negotiate but the owner would not budge. Had I known they were going to charge me for this, I would have had Hoffman Bros perform the work as they perform quality work, but I was in a bind as they had already left me for five hours without water in my entire home. In addition to this, they left me from Friday to Wednesday with both toilets in my home unable to flush due to their work, which was a major inconvenience as well as cost. Thankfully, I was able to have Hoffman come out and take care of this. In regards to the work they performed, sloppy, unprofessional. Confrontational when the quality, or lack thereof, pointed out. Very lacking in respect of my personal property and time. I've never seen a contractor leave such a mess, scuff marks over floors and baseboards, trash everywhere, paint everywhere. Was a mess that I just couldn't wait to end. After the job was "officially" completed, I sent photos to the owner and asked what he thought of the work done. He agreed that he looked "like crap" and agreed he would send someone else out the next day to rectify the issues. However, shortly after I received a text from the same person who had done the work telling me he would be back in the morning. I messaged the owner to clarify and he told me that individual wanted the opportunity to fix all of his mistakes and that was who he was sending. When he arrived the next morning, he told me he read the text and saw the photos and quite gruffly responded to each point. While I own my concerns with work, it was an unprofessional position for the owner of the company to put me in..
