When my husband and I began building a new villa in Missouri, C.J. Knapp was our guide to a beautiful home. She was fun to work with and guided us to beautiful furnishings. With her help we were able to find just the right touches. C.J. Was always available even on short notice to meet for however long we needed her. Working with C.J. was like a one stop shop. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to look at the project to set a fee. That way our customers know exactly what it will .cost. we bill the client for storagesolutions and containers separately. Oncw review the project we will make recommendations for storage solutions and storage containers for your situation. We are discreet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the clients to access their needs and determine the project goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional interior designer of over 30 years. Our organization division grew out of the need from our clients to help themdeclutter and organize their spaces we work with many professionals that lack the time to organize their homes.
