Brian visited with half a day and completed a short but difficult job. The ceiling air vents were installed improperly throughout our upstairs, including a 20’ tall stairwell. With a concern that they may fall after a screw fell out of one with little contact, Brian inspected and repaired six vents. We are very pleased with the work and timeliness. We will be hiring him again.

Absolutely amazing work! The quality, the price, everything! He came for one problem and instead of charging me for what I originally though was the problem, he told me my actual problem and fixed it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s needing work done!

Brian came out to my home, evaluated a kind of tricky project, developed a plan that we agreed on, and he executed the plan as discussed. The work turned out just as good if not better than what I was envisioning. He took his time, checked in with me, worked hard, and completed the job we agreed on beautifully. I would recommend him to anyone needing a fix or project done around their home.

Mr. Brian was super responsive. Came the next day and was able to move forward with my fascia board issue before the rain comes this week! We are super grateful and will definitely hire Loyalty Construction again!

Brian was extremely professional and his work was high-quality. We are very happy with all the repairs he did to our home. He replaced gutters/rotten boards, rebuilt wooden handrails and painted the handrails. He matched the paint color perfectly on the handrails to the rest of the house. He is very friendly and trustworthy.
