FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple, upfront, and based on the volume of items you need removed, not by the hour. This way, you only pay for the space your junk takes up in our truck—no hidden fees or surprise charges. We provide free, no-obligation estimates before we begin any job, so you’ll always know the cost upfront. We also offer: Discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and military. Bundle savings for larger cleanouts or combined services. No extra fees for labor or hauling—everything is included in our estimate. Our goal is to give you fair, affordable rates while delivering fast, professional service every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us, we start by listening to your needs and asking a few quick questions about the items you’d like removed. From there, we’ll schedule a convenient time to come out and provide a free, no-obligation estimate. If you’re happy with the price, our team can often get started right away. On the day of service, we handle all the heavy lifting—safely removing, loading, and hauling away your unwanted items. Once finished, we’ll do a quick sweep of the area to leave it clean and tidy. Finally, we ensure that items are responsibly disposed of, recycled, or donated whenever possible. Our goal is to make the entire process fast, simple, and stress-free for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While junk removal doesn’t always require formal schooling, our team is trained in safe lifting techniques, efficient hauling, and proper disposal practices to protect both our customers and their property. We stay up to date on local regulations for recycling and disposal to ensure items are handled responsibly. In addition, we’ve gained years of hands-on experience working with everything from small residential jobs to large commercial cleanouts, which has taught us the skills to get the job done quickly, safely, and professionally.
