Introduction: My passion is helping others succeed and feel good about themselves. As a Life Coach and Reiki Master, I am able to fulfill both aspirations. My background includes an MSW, CSAC, Mediation Certification and 30+ years of counseling experience. Life Coaching is a holistic process to help people find balance and results in their lives. It is not therapy or psychoanalysis, but helps you close the gap between thinking about doing something and actually doing it. Using my "power of commitment" as the accelerator to success, my goal is to foster a solid relationship between my client and me. This partnership is based on honesty, respect and my unwavering belief in my client's unlimited potential. With over 30 years experience in the counseling field, my reward is always seeing my client succeed. Reiki healing helps reduce stress and promotes health and well-being in people and all sentient beings. It is an ancient Japanese psychic therapy using universal life energy with a hands on technique.
