Well, both the person on the phone and the person who came to help were both kind and prompt, and they did get me back in when I locked myself out. However, they estimate I was given before they arrived and what they told me they'd charge when I was there wasn't nearly the same...so I paid at the top of the range they gave me, but I don't know if it is a competitive price or not. I was very surprised they didn't ask for proof it was my property before breaking into the locks? He gave good advise for the future, as well. The payment system could be a little more professional, and sending the name and picture of the person coming out, and having the name and address and phone number of the company on the receipt, having cards on him would be a lot more professional. They have skills, and seemed kind, but a bit more professional polish? Also, not driving a car with temporary license plates and having a sign on car identifying locksmith would be reassuring, especially when approaching a woman in a dark parkinglot at night! It all turned out well, overall.

Hired for roof repair. Very poor communication with technician. Waited for hours for the technician to show up. Was supposed to start at 7am, did not show up until 5pm, finally finished the job 3 days later. Very unprofessional.
