I needed my furniture removed fast, and at an odd hour (I work weird hours), they were able to come to my house within 20 minutes at 9:30 on a Monday night. Polite and friendly, too. They were in contact with me the whole time so I knew exactly when they would arrive.

Stl metro moving company. This company was able to help me out right away, which I really appreciated. They were very, very accommodating and willing to allow me to make changes from my original description of the job. I can’t say how much that meant to me! I needed items moved delivered to three different locations. They were very patient with me and my requests!
In addition, they took great care with the furniture, and some of the pieces were antique and needed extra attention in handling.
Phone calls were returned very quickly and I think the communication was excellent.
All in all, my move was done with great value. And certainly, they earned my future loyalty.
I think you’d be pleased as well.

Im editing my original post. I was originally happy with my experience with this company. I didn’t feel the need to inspect the furniture they moved because we had a lot going on trying to unpack and I trusted that my items weren’t damaged. However, as I was cleaning today I realized how much damage was really done. Not only to my belongings but also to the house we moved into. There are huge dents in the walls and even chips in the door frames from them smacking the dresser against the wall as they were moving it. The bottom of the doorway in my kitchen is broken from them shoving the dryer inside so forcefully that it cracked and also scratched my dryer. The whole bottom of my dresser is completely damaged. All three of the visible sides have scratches along the top and bottom. Not minimal scratches. Severe to where the paint is complete gone and there are actually dents in the wood. This dresser was over $1000 and is now ruined. I don’t feel like my items were well taken care of. I am typically not a person that points out small things and if these were small scratches I honestly wouldn’t have cared. But to have so much severe damage in so many areas is just not ok. I hired them the day of to help with a last minute move. I appreciate that they came on such short notice and that they were professional and worked quickly. However, I guess you get what you pay for.
(The photos I uploaded show damage to 2 different door frames as well as some of the floor damage in the kitchen and some of the damages done to my dresser. That level of damage is all along the entire 3 sides of the front of the dresser at the bottom as well as on the edges on the top)
