Lawrence H. says, "The guys were polite and friendly but 1st and foremost I was told there were a couple of perturbing screws inside the cabinet where my new oven hood was installed but they actually were a couple of perturbing pointed screws, a definite safety issue that needs addressing. I was also quoted after sending pics of what I wanted installed a price of $110 but after talking to a rep by phone I was quoted a price of $130. Once they finished the job they charged me $150. I wouldn’t recommend this Company to anyone. I’m a good reoccurring customer if I’m satisfied but good or bad I always give a fair and honest review. Updating my review I must admit my negative review was unfair to my pro. I expressed my concern to the thumbtack community before expressing those concerns to my pro. Once I spoke with James he was most accommodating in every way to correct whatever needed to be done to fix the problem at my convenience. I'm updating my review for that reason, and by the way the hood looks great!"See more
